Continuing Healthcare Nurse Assessor
We are currently recruiting for a CHC Nurse Assessor to join a small CHC team for an initial 3 month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is looking to develop their career in Continuing Healthcare who as been working in Continuing Healthcare for a short amount of time.
Essential Experience
- Must be a Registered Nurse - RGN / RMN
- Must have worked as a CHC Nurse Assessor in a CCG setting
- An understanding of CHC and the National Framework for Continuing Healthcare
- Experience of working in the community completing CHC checklists, DST's and Reviews
In this role, you will be reviewing patients in regards to their eligibility of the current Continuing Healthcare package.
