Practicus is partnering with a CCG who are actively seeking an Interim Designated Manager - Adult Safeguarding 8b for about 6 months whilst they recruit substantively.

You will be highly credible with a nursing (RGN/RMN) or social worker background able to deliver from day one in this busy challenging role.

Working across the local health system you will provide the leadership support to ensure compliance and safety across the system. Here you will support panel meetings and provide the strategic advice and support needed to the providers and governing bodies.

The client is looking for an NHS experienced professional (Nurse, Midwife, Social Worker). You will ideally be Level 2 or 3 trained in Safeguarding with an excellent understanding of the Mental Health Capacity Act. Highly credible and experienced in safeguarding processes, system and policies. They are looking for humility, an engaging and personable manager who is empathetic and supportive. You will be calm under pressure, able to work at pace and with multiple stakeholders.

Rate - upto circa £400 per day (Inside IR35)
Interview - ASAP
Start - End April
Duration - 6 months
