We ensure a smooth transition into our organisation for you with our formal induction programme and ‘buddy scheme’. To help you understand the Attain way of working, you will shadow experienced managers and, working as part of one of our delivery teams, start delivering real value for our clients as soon as possible.
Your background and experience to date may mean you have a natural ‘fit’ in one of our teams. However, as part of your development, and the continuous improvement of our services to our clients, we encourage all our staff to work on a variety of assignments.
We are a tight-knit team and invest in regular away-days and whole-company training events to ensure we continue to build the team and update our skills together. Our performance management system is rigorous and will ensure your training and development needs are identified, and met, to the benefit of our clients, our company, and you.
Longer term, a leadership development programme is in place to support staff members with the talent to develop their career in management, whilst others are encouraged to deepen their technical knowledge or achieve professional accreditation in their chosen specialism.
