A public sector company in North East London are looking for a Deputy Head of Customer Liaison to join their team. If you can demonstrate significant CRM experience, then you could be the Deputy Head of Customer Liaison that we've been looking for.

What will you be doing?

As a Deputy Head of Customer Liaison, you'll display meticulous attention to detail when overseeing student hubs and managing a range of individuals. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to build solid relationships with your peers and you'll showcase an analytical flair when reporting figures to the Head of Customer Liaison.

This is an Interim position for an initial 3 month contract basis with the potential for extension.

What skills/experience should you have?

  • Understanding of business process improvement and operations
  • Knowledge of systems and SITS
  • Significant CRM experience
  • Proven ability to multi-task
