Key results areas:

  • Ensure the safe provision of high quality patient focussed services that meet national and local performance requirements within resources available.
  • Lead change for the transformation of operational services including service redesign and reconfiguration within the clinical divisions ensuring alignment with the Trust’s overall strategy to deliver against key strategic and operational objectives.
  • To be responsible to the Chief Executive for the effective, efficient and safe delivery of all operational, clinical services, some non-clinical support services, with particular emphasis on clinical care, financial, legal, and contractual and workforce requirements.
