NHS RightCare is a national NHS England supported programme that focuses on improving population healthcare in a way that contributes to the financial sustainability of the NHS. This is a key priority of NHS England’s Five Year Forward View, with delivery being driven through Regional Teams. NHS RightCare helps to ensure the best possible care is delivered as efficiently as possible which is essential for both patients and the NHS. Ensuring people access the right care, in the right place at the right time. Using leading edge medical evidence and practical support, NHS RightCare helps local health economies to understand how money is spent to deliver the best care in different parts of the country.

NHS RightCare actively works with every clinical commissioning group (CCG) and sustainable transformation partnership (STP) in England and comprises professionals of all backgrounds providing delivery, analytical, clinical advisory and programme management support. The team is rapidly expanding, with new staff coming on-board within the Regional Teams to provide direct delivery support to CCGs and STPs in implementing the NHS RightCare approach. As part of this exciting growth period for RightCare they are looking for:

Programme Managers x 5 FTC or Secondment

As a Programme Manager, the post holder will work closely with NHS RightCare regional Delivery Partners to support local health economies to deliver improvements to patient services. You will provide professional expertise in the development and management of the RightCare regional programme, ensuring alignment with the activity of the organisation and will be required to work at client sites with client teams to educate, facilitate and ensure that work is planned and managed effectively.

The post holder will define current processes, work collaboratively to devise improvements in strategic and operational processes across a broad area of activity to meet the needs of the organisation. strategies

Delivery Fieldwork Support – North West

The Delivery Fieldwork Support will provide the Regional Delivery Team with dedicated logistical support.  The post holder will collect and analyse programme, financial and HR data to support the effective operation of the directorate.  The post holder will undertake programme/project work as required involving planning, analysis and interpretation and assessment of options on behalf of the delivery team.

The Delivery Field Work Support will support the delivery team to ensure that the programme is managed effectively and assist in its successful delivery.
