Our client an NHS Trust in the South East of England is looking to appoint an Interim Executive Office Manager for 3 months in the first instance. This role will be at interim contractor rates under the CCS NMNC Framework at interim Band 8a.

The Executive Office Manager will provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organisational, and logistical service to the Chief Executive, helping them  to manage and prioritise their  time. This position will be of key importance within the organisation and the successful candidate must have previous secretarial and team leading experience within a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing the team of PA's
  • Multiple diary management
  • Booking meetings and agendas and conference calls
  • Manage and process mail and email
  • Liaise with all members of staff
  • Prepare and issue minutes
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations
  • Management of multiple senior stakeholders and event management
  • Develop documents as required by the CEO
Requirements for the role:
  • Previous experience within a similar PA role at a senior level
  • Team Management experience
  • Able to work efficiently on your own and under pressure as well as being a team player
