Exciting interim requirement with a start within the next 7 days.

Practicus is currently partnering with a busy CCG who are seeking an interim Quality, Nursing and Safeguarding Manager to support the Director of Nursing during a period of change and to provide stability and focus during this period. They are considering candidates who have worked to at least and 8a level but would ideally like a candidate used to working to at least an 8b or c level - this role is Inside IR35.

This CCG is a proactive and positive organisation who have a excellent reputation and work closely with a range of provider and third party organisations to ensure the quality of care, infection control and safeguarding agendas for their population are effectively managed and supported.

Working closely with the executive board and particularly the Director of Nursing and will be the lead manager for Nursing and Quality (including risk registers) ideally you will also have a strong understanding of Safeguarding and also be able to support the existing team.

You will be a key member of the team and will have a collaborative, hands on, positive management style leading by example and building excellent relationships at every level both internally and externally. Due to the nature of this post you do need to have a clinical background and be a current RGN / RMN - this is an essential requirement.

Rate £350 - to circa £475 per day plus VAT (inside IR35) dependant on experience
Start ASAP mid - late April
Duration 3 months initial contract

In order to be considered for this post you must have a proven track record in a similar role with strong CCG experience; you must also be a current RGN (RMN is also acceptable) you should also have worked at a similar level and to at least band 8a.
