Harvey Nash Healthcare are supporting a NHS Client based in the East Midlands who are seeking an Interim Directorate Manager for Medicine and Emergency Care division.

The Directorate Manager's role is key to offering drive and support delivery and service development within the team, with clear delegated responsibilities from the Clinical Director and to provide general management expertise to the Clinical Director and the team to enable them to effectively discharge their responsibilities and accountabilities to deliver the trust vision and values.

Roles and Responsibilities for the role include:

  • Key Member of the directorate leadership team
  • Support the Development and Delivery of the directorates strategies and service development plans
  • Work in line with the Trust's vision, values and strategic goals.
  • To support the Clinical Director and team to enable it to deliver excellent performance in the following Domains
