Cheshire East Partnership Board, one of Nine ‘Places’ across Cheshire and Merseyside Health and Care Partnership, was established in February 2018 and includes board level representation from health commissioners and providers, Cheshire East Council and HealthWatch. The Partnership is committed to a five year ‘whole system’ transformation blueprint to reshape the delivery of care for our population
We seek an inspirational leader to continue the work of our retiring Chair, in a highly collaborative health and care economy. As Independent Chair you will work closely with partners to bring services together in ways which encourage self-care, prevent illness and provide the right care at the right time and in the right place. You will harness enthusiasm and build on commitment to create a culture which is challenging, supportive and focused on continuous improvement.
You will be someone with high levels of political acumen and a track record of strategic influence for change at a system level in a complex regulatory public sector environment. You will have insight into the current issues impacting on the delivery of high quality health and care services and the credibility to build, develop and maintain relationships with partners across the Cheshire East Place.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned leader to steer the transformation of care services. If you have experience of success in care that transcends artificial organisational boundaries we would like to hear from you.
