My client are an independent healthcare organisation who provide nursing care to people across England. They have an interesting opportunity for an Interim Clinical Effectiveness Co-ordinator for 3 months.

My client are increasing their focus on being a transparent and learning as an organisation. Whilst their level of reporting has increased their pace and ability to investigate, report and track progress on applied learning requires strengthening. This role reports to the Interim Head of Governance, providing robust and reliable support and co-ordination to the efficient delivery of their governance process.

Process management
- Log, acknowledge & track incidents & complaints on excel spreadsheet
- Mange receipt, logging, appropriate actions and dissemination of CAS alerts & NICE guidance
- Apply NHS complaints principles in line with CQC requirements
- Agenda setting & minute taking of Governance framework meetings
- Basic Administration

Report development
- Pull reports which describe the complaints & incidents received in preparation for Interim Head of Governance to analyse
- Prepare reports containing information provided by Head of Governance for dissemination to staff & Board
- Prepare data for reporting to Commissioners

Training & development
- Induction training for new Carers
- Advise Investigating Officers on root cause analysis, outcomes & contributory factors

Satisfaction & liaison
- Manage client & staff satisfaction surveys
- Liaise with Healthwatch
- Co-ordinate Client Forum and other forms of obtaining client feedback
