Job Details
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an innovative and growing Private Sector business who provide consultancy services to the NHS. This company is not your usual 'theory'based consultancy but one which provides people with hands on NHS experience who are able to elicit real change and improvement.
The areas in which they are looking to bring on new permanent associates are:
- Theatres
- Scheduling
- Pre-operative assessment
- Endoscopy
You will work alongside the Delivery and Workstream leads in various locations across the UK to support productivity and efficiency programmes. You will be a subject matter expert and be able to identify areas of improvement via effective observation and engagement.
Alongside have in depth knowledge and experience of your specialism you will also have:
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience of delivering change/improvement or project management
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- The ability to work in a team environment
This role will be home based and you will be required to be flexible to travel in the UK to meet demand in the locations where the programmes are running.
