A career defining opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking, innovative and experienced Chief Operating Officer with a track record of significant achievement within the NHS to join Leeds Teaching Hospitals. We are a CQC Good rated organisation, with high levels of staff engagement, and excellent clinical outcomes.
As the Chief Operating Officer of one of the largest acute Trusts in the country, the post holder will be at the forefront of ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care throughout our organisation, making a difference to almost 1.5 million patients annually.
We are seeking a proven leader, with demonstrable experience of effecting performance improvement and service change. The successful candidate will be highly visible, inspiring and motivating teams to deliver sustainable improvements. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a real understanding of using data for improvement, and the ability to translate complex systems and processes into easily understandable messages for patients and staff. You will be resilient and collaborative, able to work with partners to ensure excellent care across the health and care system.
