Senior Knowledge Management Specialist

Practicus are partnering with a London based healthcare organisation who are urgently seeking an experienced Knowledge Management Specialist. Supporting the business through a significant organisational change, you will be working with senior stakeholders to retain key information and mitigate the risks of losing any fundamental knowledge through the transformation cycle.

This is a high-profile role that will require a credible approach and ability to provide critical analysis that underpins the organisational changes ahead. Existing relationships ad established protocols will remain to be the core components of the new structure however, this will also be an opportunity to sharpen the mechanics of knowledge management and how it's shared across the business.

Essential:

* Highly experienced Manager/Analyst with a track record in Knowledge Management/Transfer.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills at a senior/board level
* Ability to apply strategic and innovative thinking to problem solving in a change programme
* Excellent analytical and report writing skills
* Excellent networking and relationship building skills to drive collaboration
* Team player who is self-efficient and demonstrates a collaborative approach to delivery
* Passion for delivery, willing to go the extra mile for the work at hand.

RATE: £500-700 per day (all inclusive) INSIDE IR35
START: 28th January 2019
INTERVIEWS: WC 21st January
DURATION: 6 months initially
