Senior OD Consultant (VSM) - NHS

Practicus are partnering with a London based NHS client who are urgently seeking a senior Organisational Development Leader (9/VSM) with a track record in driving systemic changes that span across Culture, Engagement, Leadership and Business Operations. Whilst a strategic role, this will also be a very delivery-driven role that will require a proactive approach to delivery.

We are looking for someone who has the experience in a senior OD Director level role from either the public OR private sector. This individual must be commercially astute and have strong business acumen with an ability to engage Board-Level stakeholders effectively. The role will deliver the delivery the organisational design for a complex corporate structure within the NHS. We are looking for experienced Senior OD Consultants that have delivered large and complex organisational corporate structures either inside or outside the public sector.

Essential:
* Track record in OD Strategy and Implementations
* Experience in driving organisational changes, full-cycle from inception to mobilisation
* Experience in the OD design of complex and large-scale corporate structures
* Programme Management of large scale transformation agendas
* Exceptional Stakeholder engagement skills, able to navigate politics and build relationships
* A passion for delivery and willing to go the extra mile
* Experience of working in the NHS is desirable but not essential
