The Finegreen Group is working in partnership with an NHS organisation based in Yorkshire that requires an experienced interim NHS Workforce Planning Manager for a three to six-month assignment commencing in February.
The organisation is looking for an experienced Workforce Planning expert to take a leading role in the creation and delivery of a new workforce plan. The successful candidate will have a track record of successfully delivering workforce planning projects and programmes in large and complex healthcare organisations.
Key experience and skills required;
- Experience of overseeing, leading and delivering large scale workforce planning programmes;
- Experience of working within an NHS or private healthcare provider organisation;
- Project and programme management delivery;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills;
- Ideally a professional Human Resources qualification or equivalent.
