Interim Operations Manager

My client are an independent provider of primary care services across the country, they have an interesting opportunity for an Interim Operations Manager to support a cluster of GP Practices (in hours care).

You will be required to support the workforce caring for a 54,000 population demographic in terms of process improvement, workforce/capacity management, administrative process, quality improvement and organisational structure.

We are looking for someone who has extensive operational experience in a variety of settings, but not excluding General Practice. This is a must. Given the desired outcomes for this assignment, we would like to see the following experience:

- Someone who has delivered operational improvement in a GP setting
- Someone who has provided a restructure in terms of people and process
- Someone who can demonstrate the ability to improvement stakeholder relationships internally and externally
