Interim Patient Experience Manager:

I'm currently working with an NHS organisation based in the East Midlands who are seeking an experience Patient Experience Manager to come in and support them as soon as possible.

Title: Interim Patient Experience Manager
Location: East Midlands
Length: 3-4 Months initially
Hours p/w: 37.5 (Negotiable)

Required experience:

- NHS Complaints management experience

- Experience support NHS organisations with a backlog of complaints

- Understanding of the complaints process from an NHS perspective

- Experience working with multi-agencies
