Job Details
My client, an NHS organisation based in London, are currently recruiting for an Urgent Care Lead for an initial 3 month period. The role is offered on a full time basis, but can be flexible and outside of scope for IR35. The successful candidate must have a clinical background, as well as excellent project manager ans stakeholder and clinical engagement skills.
Key Skills/Experience
- A demonstrable background in Urgent Care Project/Programme Management in the NHS
- The ability to deal with complex and contentious issues
- A background in data and root cause analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to deliver change projects and agreed outcomes
- Excellent clinical and key stakeholder engagement skills are essential
- A clinical background is essential for this post
