Job Details
To create an in depth capacity/demand model that the organisation can use without any major changes being required. This will analyse data related to capacity and demand going forward, based on historic trends.
Proven track record of creating capacity and demand tools particularly within a healthcare organisation, but of prime importance not just as an SME in modelling, but an effective communicator and influencer.
The core model that is developed should be adaptable for use across; entire pathways, frequency, seasonality, costs, employee and skills profiling. This is not an exhaustive list.
You will have experience of:
- Receiving a modelling brief and working autonomously to deliver;
- Processing complex issues quickly and deliver solutions;
- Passionate and embracing of change management;
- Experience of providing data to establishing standstill;
- Innovative in providing solutions that are fir for purpose;
- Provide clarity of information to influence operational managers to use the embedded tool;
- Experience of training/coaching analysts in the methodologies used to create robust models.
