Job Details
I am supporting and NHS Trust in Yorkshire who are looking for an experienced Complaints, Litigation and Claims manager to join them on an initial 3 month interim basis.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Full working knowledge of NHS Complaints process end to end
- Experience working as Complaints Manager in NHS
- Experience working with NHS Litigation and Claims
Reporting into the Director of Corporate Governance, the successful individual will be working closely with the Patient Safety team on the complaints process from creation to completion, speaking with managers in relevant services in order to collate information to use in complaint resolution.
