Over the past year, we have appointed a new Chief Executive and Chair and we are now seeking a new Chief Operating Officer, who will work closely with the Board to achieve our vision of ensuring BEH is at the forefront of delivering high-quality, integrated mental health and community services.
There has never been a more exciting time to join BEH. We are embarking upon a period of transformation in which our new COO will have a large and influential role. Above all, our new COO will be a compassionate, empathetic and empowering leader with demonstrable ability to deliver outstanding results through building, developing and inspiring high-performance teams.
