Job Details
We are currently looking for a Registered Children's Nurse or Paediatric Nurse to join an NHS organisation in the South East of England.
You will be part of a well established Continuing Healthcare Team doing the following:
- New referrals and determining eligibility for Continuing Healthcare
- Reviewing current CHC packages if care
- Working in the community, children's homes and schools
Essential Experience:
- Paediatric qualification
- Experience working with children
- Complete DST's without any training
- Work with the national framework for Continuing Care
- Excellent written and communication skills
Desirable experience:
- Band 6 CHC Children's experience
- Good assessing of assessments - does not need to be CHC
