My Client is currently seeking an experienced Band 7 CHC Nurse Assessor to fill an interim contract. Working hours will be, 9-5 Monday to Friday, role based in the West Midlands Area. The ideal Nurse Manager will have an in depth understanding of CHC Assessment practices within the NHS and will work under the support and guidance of the senior clinical management team. They will work together to implement the National Service Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS funded Nursing Care. This candidate will provide professional advice to nursing homes and other providers, promoting good relationships and liaising with colleagues from other disciplines both internally and externally to the CCG.

The daily rate for this role will be £375 per day, Outside IR35. Initally a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension, with an immediate start.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, management and assessment skills. They will demonstrate an excellent approach to problem solving and the ability to prioritise their own workload whilst maintaining oversight of a nursing team. The successful candidate will need to implement a flexible approach, in order to be a keen team player who strives working within a busy environment. 


Requirements of the role:
All applicants must have an updated NMC Registration. 
All applicants must have experience within the NHS completing DST/ MDT and Panel.
All applicants must have experience working within CHC Assessments.
