Overview

Are you strategically focused with a sales acumen, collaborative in approach and want to utilise your knowledge gained from working in the NHS/ healthcare environment?

Working at Essity as our Strategic Healthcare Partner within our Health and Medical Service division, you will be instrumental in driving significant change to ultimately improve patient outcomes through our partnership approach with internal and external stakeholder groups. Our partners work in a niche and patient-centric environment and you will be building and nurturing relationships to support them in being able to deliver improved and efficient clinical treatment services, aligning NHS priorities with Essity objectives.

Everyday is different in this role. You will be liaising with a variety of external stakeholders across your region (Northern England, Scotland and Northern Ireland), including Directors, Service Managers and Clinical Technicians, understanding their needs to then identify and offer value-added opportunities through the facilitation of new services and patient pathways. You will be devising strategic service development plans, reporting updates, and liaising internally with the account management team to increase support to our partners and aligning to Essity objectives.


So what are we looking for?

This is a great role to combine your proven excellence in sales with your clinical needs understanding, as well as wider health economy knowledge. You will have experience of building strong, long-term relationships through a collaborative partnership approach to obtain 'win-win' outcomes for all parties.

Your experience of operating in a healthcare environment will be accompanied by your commercial and project management skills so that writing relevant business cases, and project briefs come second nature to you. Having a 'new business' focus, being a self-starter and being flexible, are also key to being successful in this position.
