Director of Human Resources & Organisational Development

The Finegreen Group is working in partnership with an NHS organisation based in the South East that is recruiting an interim Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development. This is an interim role for a duration of between four and six months commencing in April.

Reporting directly into the Chief Executive Officer the Director of HR & OD will be responsible for delivering a high quality HR service across the organisation in line with the Trust’s strategic objectives. 

Key role responsibilities include;
  • Provide inspirational leadership to the Trust’s HR & OD function;
  • Deliver a first rate HR service to all staffing groups within the organisation;
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up to date;
  • Maintain high standards of governance and compliance in line with national regulations;
  • Develop close working relationships with partner healthcare organisations across the local health economy.
Key experience required;
  • CIPD;
  • Educated to Masters level or equivalent;
  • Previous experience at Deputy Director level within a provider Healthcare environment;
  • Experience of leading, Human Resources teams in line with organisational objectives;
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Experience of managing significant change and complex employee relations issues in a challenging environment.
