Job Details
This large division within the Trust will see the post-holder working alongside the Clinical Director and Head of Nursing leading a high performing and successful team.
You will lead the operational delivery within the division as well as have the opportunity to be involved with some Trust-wide improvement projects.
Reporting to the Director of Operations you will ensure the best quality of patient care is delivered across all the services.
A clinical background is helpful, but senior operational management experience will be essential for this post.
