Job Details
The Finegreen Group is working in partnership with an NHS organisation based in the South East that requires an interim Organisational Development Manager for a three to six month assignment commencing in May. This role is at AfC 8a level and is subject to the relevant salary cap.
Reporting into the Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development the post holder will be required to lead Organisational & Learning Development function and will be responsible for delivering a first rate OD & LD service for the Trust, in alignment with the organisation’s wider workforce strategy.
Key responsibilities will include;
- To provide leadership on, and deliver, every aspect of the Trust’s OD and L&D programme;
- Set up, manage and communicate OD & L&D solutions across all functions within the organisation;
- Provide effective leadership for the organisation’s OD & L&D Team;
- Provide regular updates to the organisations senior management team.
- Educated to Masters level or have management experience at a senior level;
- CIPD member or fellow;
- OD qualifications or substantial experience of leading OD & L&D functions / programmes, ideally in the Healthcare provider sector;
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
