General manager- Specialist Medicine

I am currently partnering with a large NHS organisation in the South West who are currently looking for support from both a General Manager and Assistant General Manager to deliver against Specialist Medicine.

This is a great opportunity to really put your stamp on a forward thinking organisation who are dedicated in delivering improved care to their local community. You will be a key member of the Directorate leadership team, working with clinical and managerial colleagues to manage the design and delivery of clinical/non-clinical services within the Directorate and will be integral in delivering clinical innovation and modernisation. This will include the delivery of all operational performance targets, waiting list and financial management, bed utilisation and management. You will be developing robust mechanisms to ensure clear communication of service plans, objectives and service changes ensuring that staff are engaged directly in any review and the development of services.
