Head of Nursing

Practicus are partnering with a London based NHS organisation who are urgently seeking a Head of Nursing Band 8d.

This is a great role working across the Trust to deliver excellent clinical standards and drive patient safety with continuous improvement of the patient experience. We are looking for a Head of Nursing to provide leadership across their clinical teams and deliver safety across their patient services. You will be someone that has a passion for patient care who can identify and solve problems that will improve their clinical standards. At the same time you will have the ability to take their clinical staff on the journey with you.

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Head of Nursing within Paediatrics or other service.
• NHS experience gained within an ACUTE setting.
• Ability to engage and influence with both clinical and operational staff in a collaborative way.
• Excellent clinical grounding and understanding of current pressures around standards of care.
• A passion for patient safety and the patient experience.

RATE: £420pd (Inside IR35)

START: May 2019
