My client are a provider of Primary and Urgent Care services, they have an opportunity for an Interim Head of Primary Care to support them for 3 months.
We are looking for an individual that has worked within Primary Care as both an operator and transformational consultant. Given this role will focus on the GP led services, we will expect you to have delivered both operational and project led outcomes in the last few years. If you have only worked within Urgent Care then you will not be the experience we are looking for.
My client are looking for a strong leader who can support and galvanise their team, work at pace and be flexible with their time. This is an interesting role because you will be working both operationally as well as being involved with the organisations Transformational plan.
