We are seeking an ambitious clinical leader to lead our talented and highly engaged workforce into the next phase of our journey. Our new Director of Nursing and Governance will provide visible and professional leadership to our nursing, therapist and AHP workforce, inspiring a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.  Setting the highest standards of quality and care for our service users and their families; you will also work with our partners across the region, to influence and shape the future of health and care services as we seek to provide a more integrated offer to our population.

You will be experienced working at, or close, to Board level, with a track record of delivering transformation, quality improvement and innovation in health and care service delivery.  Comfortable in shaping the strategic direction of an organisation and liaising with stakeholders at the highest level; your approachable and inclusive style will allow you to engage and empower both our staff and service users. Most of all you will share our values and commitment to being outstanding in all we do.
