Some of the key requirements of this post will be:
  • Work closely with bankers to ensure the management of agreed credit limits, drawdown of cash in a timely way and the overall management of liquidity taking into account expected billing, receipts and credit limit availability
  • Proactively oversee the follow up of missing data and resolve delays in receipt or the quality of data, escalating issues as necessary
  • ensure that invoices are prepared and dispatched based on this data for the service provided by reference to the contract terms
  • Proactively managing rigorous credit control procedures to ensure that payment is received within contract terms
  • Assertively engaging with Trusts in a professional, highly focused and empathetic manner to ensure they deliver their contract obligations for data provision and/or invoice payment
  • Deliver high quality management reports on the current and forecast cash position
