Job Details

Our client provides clinical services to NHS Trusts. They provide high quality services and are led by an established team of senior clinicians and managers who are eminent within their fields. Their growth since 2014 has been exceptional, their services are in high demand and they are confident of continued growth in the coming years.

Due to this growth they can offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Management Account, to join the company and develop an effective management accounting function for the business, focusing on improving financial planning, budgetary control, reporting and variance analysis capability and capacity.

In addition to this and conducting other key tasks, they will develop cost, activity and pricing models for new prospective business and ensuring that the target cost and activity model set is used to monitor and manage actual service delivery to ensure target levels of profitability are met or exceeded
We are looking to attract candidates who are highly proactive, good communicators, team workers and relationship builders. You will be a natural problem solver, as well as being logical and methodical in your approach to work generally and to resolving issues. You will need a relevant finance qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) and be skilled in the use of Excel.

Above all we seek an experienced financial manager who is an excellent planner, a manager who brings exceptional focus and professionalism to their work and to the delivery of target results and to their responsibilities generally.
