Job Details
I am currently partnered with a large NHS organisation who are looking for the immediate support of an Interim Head of Nursing to support their Mental Health and Learning Disability division.
This will be to deliver the overall leadership, management and strategic development of nursing and clinical services/strategy within the division, reporting directly to the Head of Operations.
The successful applicant will be responsible and accountable for all of the nursing and clinical staff within the division. You will also be instrumental in supporting the development of standards for all clinical areas within the division to support the provision of high quality care.
If you are an RMN/RNLD or an RGN with extensive experience working within Mental Health organisations at a senior level, then I would love to discuss this role with you further.
