Head of Operations and Service Delivery

I am currently partnered with a large NHS organisation who are in need of a Senior Head of Operations and Service Delivery to support their Mental Health and Learning Disability division.

This position will include direct responsibilities for all day to day operational and general management duties within the division, promotion of a culture of open communication underpinned by the multi-disciplinary teams working within the Division. The successful applicant will have responsibility to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and high quality services within available resources.

As a key member of the Divisional Management team, working closely with the Clinical Director and Head of Nursing, you will contribute to the management of its safety and quality performance and the development of clinical service strategies. You will also ensure that the corporate objectives, operational policies and strategic intentions are implemented or incorporated into the plans for the division moving forward.
