Are you an experienced, effective and innovative leader looking for an opportunity to make an impact within an integrated acute and community Trust?

An exciting opportunity is available to take on this senior position within the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust,  leading the implementation of the Trust Quality Improvement (QI) programme, working with the Executive and senior managers to deliver this in-line with our strategic objectives.

Leading  a small central team, you will be responsible for the delivery of an this ambitious programme of improvement,  supporting and enabling improvement initiatives developed and owned at the front line, impacting upon clinical and non-clinical services.

The team will collaborate with our five clinical divisions and corporate departments to drive improvement by providing  training, supporting the use of standardized tools, running events that are both engaging the staff whilst focused upon knowledge-sharing in all aspects of project planning, engagement, impact mapping and ownership of all aspects of QI across the Trust and local community.

 The post holder will champion, inspire and lead the development of a culture where improvement is a core component of every member of staff’s daily routine. Promoting outstanding care and work in a way that is patient-centred, involves service users, responds positively to feedback and promotes learning and continuous improvement

You will not only need to be a skilled and experience practitioner in field of QI but also an outstanding leader, working with senior leads to motivate our staff and others to deliver continuous improvements to patient pathways and processes, while maintaining best value for the NHS.  If you have the skills, ability and enthusiasm for this role, please get in touch.
