Deputy Divisional Director Operations Surgery /Theatres(8c)

Are you an experienced NHS Deputy Divisional Director of Operations and or an experienced General Manager - General Surgery/Theatres?

Have you worked to a circa 8c level and are you looking to step into a senior level post where you will support the senior team, operational performance and the delivery of high quality care through a team of operational service managers .

They have issues with RTT / Theatre utilisation - you will be a positive hard working individual able to find solutions and improvements to deliver over this busy Trust.

Reporting to the Divisional Director and Deputy COO this is a key post within the senior team.

Practicus is currently partnering with an Acute trust based in the East of England who, due to restructuring urgently need the support of an experienced leader from a Surgery background.

Experience in relation to Surgery / Theatres / Critical Care / Anaesthetics would be a distinct advantage.

Duration 3 Months - immediate start (within 2 weeks ideally)
Negotiable daily rate dependant on experience but based on capped rates of circa £40 - £44 per hour plus VAT (Inside IR35)
Interviews will take place this week with an immediate start within 2 weeks.
