Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group part of the Our Dorset wave 1 integrated care system (ICS). THE VACANCY: CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER AND ICS FINACIAL LEAD

We are seeking applications from individuals who can bring leadership, challenge and extensive experience to the Dorset system. Individuals who can bring a fresh perspective and able to draw on relevant experience and insight to provide authentic leadership and challenge to Dorset. 

You will be financially and politically astute, highly knowledgeable on the changing health financial landscape and be able to influence and lead within the county across organisational boundaries, as well as regionally and nationally. You will be seen as the point of financial expertise, giving confidence to Dorset’s Clinical Commissioning Group Governing Body, the wider Dorset System Leadership Team, NHS England & NHS Improvement, and above all the people of Dorset. You will provide inspiring leadership to the ICS finance community as Chair of the system’s Finance and Operations Group, actively seeking to bring leaders together to tackle service challenges in order to deliver the shared vision for Dorset.

You need only apply if you can bring a strong and comprehensive financial leadership record and are able to demonstrate your abilities to work as part of our Governing Body and financial system.
