Our client is an independent healthcare organisation who provide healthcare services across England. They are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Marketer to join until the end of the year. The purpose of this role is to support the Head of Brand on all strategic projects that ladder up to their overall vision. This role is strategically agile, creative, able to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines to achieve marketing plans that drive the awareness of who the brand is, what we do and ultimately drive customer purchase / engagement of our services.

The successful candidate will act as 'number 2' to the Head of Brand and provide key strategic counsel to the wider Customer division (Marketing, Digital, Insights & customer Experience, Comms, Strategy and Category Management).

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong, proven brand & marketing experience, and be able to demonstrate:

* Strong marketing judgement & consumer insight: to be able to analyse and interpret both consumer insights, market trends and business ambitions and translate this is to powerful annual trade plans and inspiring consumer communications briefs
* Have a proven track record in creating engaging and cut through ATL & TTL campaigns and activities across multiple media platforms: including: TV, PRINT, DIGITAL, PR and Site-level activation
* Have a proven track record developing ATL strategies and taking this into planning, implementation and measurement
* Have proven experience in leading branding projects - from re-brands/launching brands, store-level design and overall brand management and governance experience
* Manage a £mm media budget, to ensure that they are connecting with their customers in the most effective and efficient way
* Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams to create a strong annual market strategy and business plan, which integrates all the business requirements across B2B, B2C and Brand.
* Due to the seniority of this role, the person must have a proven record of accomplishment at influencing and engaging senior stakeholders from across the business.
* Inspiring, managing and proactively working with agencies to ensure the best partnership relations, and ensure new thinking is brought in to the business.

Responsibilities

Develop ATL Strategy:
* Strategically working with the Head of Brand to develop Brand Response ATL 2020/2021 campaign strategy
* Lead the campaign planning process for ATL campaigns, working with Head of Brand
* Lead internal stakeholder management process on delivering the ATL campaigns
* Support Head of Brand on development of ATL media strategy
* Deliver the ATL campaign - from master designs, TVC development and partnership strategy

Develop 3-year Brand Strategy:
* Strategically working with the head of Brand to create the strategic objectives
* Develop the messaging framework, working with Comms
* Develop the master identity and framework for the business
* Develop the high-level ATL strategy to communicate JV - from HR recruitment to B2B and B2C activation
* Work with Digital, Social, Content and PR teams to deliver activation ideas to drive awareness of their JV and themselves as a whole.
* Managing and engaging key stakeholders in the process
* Manage multiple agency work groups to ensure integrated ideas
