Good afternoon!
I am currently looking for a Head of CHC / CHC Manager for two London CCG's. Details are below:
Role 1: CHC Manager
Contract Length: 3 Months
Start Date: ASAP
Day to Day Duties:
- Working closely with Band 7 Lead Nurses', Band 6 CHC Business Manager, Local Authority and Actue Hospital
- Operational duties and dealing with day to day clinical issues
Role 2: Head of CHC
Contract Length: 6 Months
Start Date: ASAP
Day to Day Duties:
- Responsible for the day to day management of CHC team
- Actively support with complex cases and associated legal
- Maintaining consistency of leadership between CCG, Hospital and Social Services
