Operations Director - MH

My client is an independent healthcare provider specialising in the provision of wide ranging care services to individuals throughout the UK.

They have a really interesting opportunity for an Interim Operations Director who will be responsible for managing a specialist regional team. Reporting into the MD, it is essential that you have an eye for quality improvement, the ability to work up and down an organisation, strong commercial acumen as well as being a strong leader. If you have not operated in multi-site care services you will not be the right candidate on this occasion. You will be used to working with multiple agencies and organisations and be used to the scrutiny that entails. Although a senior role it is imperative you are active in your region and are highly visible within the services.

You will ensure the homes in the region work to the development plan in place and you will also have specific input into the structural options for the region. In addition this you will lead the staff and ensure they are motivated and engaged as well as ensuring the services are operating safely and to quality standard. The successful candidate will have worked at a similar level previously and had the similar responsibility set out in this advert.
