Job Details
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist expert advice in the management of the Wellbeing and Occupational Health provision for the Trust;
- Influence the strategic direction of the Trust to continually improve the health and wellbeing of its employees;
- Ensure the provision of high quality, evidence-based services to managers and employees of the Trust;
- Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels both internal/external to deliver a pro-active service aimed at improving employee health and wellbeing and attendance levels;
- The role will incorporate some clinical case work, therefore own practice should be developed to an advanced level, whereby they can
- directly or indirectly influence all aspects of Occupational Health provision;
- Provide specialist advice and management plans for clients with complex OH requirements.
- Must hold current registration to the NMC/HCPC register;
- Minimum MSc (or working towards) in Occupational Health/or Evidence of relevant work-based experience;
- Demonstrate a high level of Occupational Health specialist
- experience and knowledge;
- Experience of planning, implementing, managing and evaluating programmes of Occupational Health care;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to write and present highly complex information in the form of reports, policies and strategy documents;
