Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest NHS Foundation trusts in the country that specialises in the provision of mental health, adult and child community health and learning disability services. You’ll need to have a broad range of strategic skills, significant experience of building successful teams and bringing about change in complex organisations. If you have the ability to challenge, inspire, motivate and influence both internally and externally along with exceptional communication skills, then we want to hear from you.
