QA Officer - Greater Manchester - GBPcompetitive

I am recruiting on a temporary basis in the Greater Manchester region for a GMP QA Officer / GMP Quality Assurance Officer to work within a regulated healthcare environment. This opportunity is for immediate start and for the right candidate will go permanent.

You will be responsible for

o Strong supporting presence within pharmaceutical production environment

o Investigation & resolution of deviations to support and allow batch release

o Initiate, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

o Investigation & resolution of complaints

o Development of KPIs for key Quality Systems, and ensure adherence to KPIs e.g. deviation closure timescales

o Artwork administration, Reject investigation

o Reviewing documentation supporting QP for Batch release

o Understanding of validation documentation - IQ,OQ, PQ (new equipment, processes or facilities)

o Internal auditing. QA inspection of products

o Knowledge of SAP

The ideal candidate:

o Ideally have a degree or equivalent qualification in a science based subject.

o It is essential that you have a minimum of 2 years pharmaceutical experience within Quality Assurance, Validation, Manufacturing

o Previous industrial experience of CAPA and non-conformance investigations/documentation
