A growing private healthcare company in Buckinghamshire are looking for a Service Development Manager to help support growth of their organisation.

The Service Development Manager will be responsible for -

  • Identifying opportunities for further service provisions
  • Lead on current and future service transformation projects
  • Attend internal and external meetings to improve and develop relationships across the system
  • Work with the management team to manage and develop new and existing services including costing services, writing business cases, preparing implementation plans, setting up services and analysis of services' effectiveness

The ideal candidate will -

  • Have experience working within Primary Care or Private Healthcare provider organisations
  • Have sales and networking skills
  • Structured and self motivated, able to work independently.
  • NHS knowledge is desirable
