Care Planning Consultant

My client is an independent care organisation that supports people with specialist complex needs.

They have a really interesting opportunity for an experienced manager / consultant to support the organisation's Turnaround Manager by developing and updating the care plans for the service's residents. There is a CQC action plan that needs delivering and improving care planning is a big part of this.

The successful candidate will need experience in residential care space, ideally this will be in elderly care or MH but LD may also be considered. You will be a senior nurse and / or operator who is happy to focus on this specific but vital job. You will be committed, focused and of care about doing this role for the good of the service users and to help with the service's wider improvement plan.

The assignment will run for 8 weeks initially. My client requires an immediate start and is offering a rate of £280 to £300 a day outside IR35. If you have the required skills please contact Andrew Vaux on 01491 577122.
