Job Details
My Yorkshire based client are looking for an NHS experienced Complaints Manager to come and support them for up to 3 months.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- NHS Complaints Experience - working in provider setting
- Experience in reducing complaints back log
- Report writing in light of Complaints
- Investigation experience
- Strong working knowledge of end to end NHS Complaints process
