Interim Assistant Trust Secretary
Practicus are partnering with a South London Acute Trust who are urgently seeking an Interim Assistant Trust Secretary, 8a/b to start August end.
This is great opportunity for any experienced secretary looking for their next challenge and comes as a real CV booster for anyone looking to prove themselves as an interim professional.
The role will be providing secretarial support a variety of boards and committees within the organisation such as the Board of Directors, the Quality and Safety Committee, the Audit Committee and the Scheduling Board. That being so the successful candidate will have proven their skills arounds stakeholder management and have a keen ability to communicate on all levels of seniority with a clear and concise demeanour.
As the assistant Trust secretary, you will be meeting these different groups quarterly and monthly, drafting agendas, assembling board packs and taking minutes.
The successful candidate will have;
- First class minute taking skills and an ability to draft clearly and accurately
- Attention to detail, to make sure that agendas and papers, and communications to the Board are accurate
- Strong organisational skills, in particular an ability to plan ahead, to be able to manage multiple meetings, and call for papers well ahead of time.
- NHS experience gained within a provider or CCG setting.
RATE: £276.9 - £324.23 pd INSIDE IR35
START: End of August
