The Director of Strategy, Planning and Performance will work collaboratively across the organisation, and wider system to ensure appropriate strategies and plans are in place to drive these plans forward and deliver tangible improvements to health and healthcare that make a positive difference to the lives of the people served by the Trust in Wales.

In addition to the above, The Director of Strategy, Planning and Performance will work collaboratively with the Chief Ambulance Services Commissioner (CASC) and the Emergency Ambulance Service Committee (EASC) in planning the delivery of services; and will interface with a significant number of stakeholders system wide across Health, Social Care and other Emergency Services (Police and Fire and Rescue) in Wales and at a UK level with other Ambulance Trusts and Emergency Services building strong collaborative relationships with these key partners to deliver service transformation.
